Drove to warehouse to collect an item, but would have been an easier experience to order an pay for the goods on my first call to my local store rather than have to deal at the warehouse Crawley store.

The 2 times iv been in within 2 weeks its empty and people look bored and I get that its a bed store not much excitement. . But I walked in the store last week and all the gents were sitting around granted they were working going through paperwork but gets socially awkward a bit when you have to walk all the way to the back feeling eyes looking at you (not good for anxious people). Granted they don't jump on you which is good cos I hate that. I knew what I wanted (checked online before hand what I wanted and made sure they defo had the stock it) asked where it was and if they had stock and they did and he carried it out to the car for me.

The showroom was not big enough for the amounts of beds displayed and not clean plus looks dated I only came to you because you had the a range of sofa beds and the one I wanted
