One staff having a private phone conversation and not interested in providing the service he was employed to do. Speaking loudly which made it difficult to hear the other staff that was actually serving.

We were approached quickly. When the bed was out of stock, they were quite quick to tell us when this will be ready for us. The new saleswoman seemed new but was felt like she had been doing it a while quick and efficient.

There was a no delivery charge however the Bed would not arrive until my son was due to go on holiday. Also no delivery charge for Saturdays in June. But bed wouldn't be ready until July. Therefore I don't think I should have had to pay the £10 delivery charge to get the bed . I am currently sleeping on a two settee settee so can't wait for my bed to arrive. I would not recommend Dreams as there are notices all round the store saying no delivery charge then they charge delivery!!!

We were quoted an estimated delivery time of 4 weeks, which seemed rather long.

Cash by debit card no discount offered. Staff stated management wil not permit discount but offered me a free pillow which I declined. I don't need pillows. The mattress was over £1200 and no leeway on price! I only bought as I needed the mattress by a given date. I was even charged for a PM delivery, no dispensation offered! Very disappointing

With buying the electric/massage bed the different mattress firmness are not on display so can't try then out. One my first visit to the store to see what was available....the branch manager appeared to have no interest in what I needed and was talking really loud...I really didn't want the other set of customers hear what I was trying to discuss with him.

The fact I ended up paying £706.00 for my experience. Seriously, all was good when placing the order. Price is always an issue when purchasing such an item, but realise of course quality is hopefully what I am paying for, we will see when item arrives and it has been used and tested.
