Unable to deliver on the friday requested and would.have paid £9.95 additional to.deliver on Saturday. I work in central London and lived I west sussex so am unable to pop home during the day.would have been a nice gesture to offer the saturday deliver free of charge given the initial date requested want available.

Poor bloke was on his own, trying to help customers, answer the phone etc, More staff were needed !

The store looked grubby and not inviting I went to benson beds afterwards and purchased a bed from them By comparison their store was clean bright and welcoming as were the staff .

the step on entry was difficult for me as I a disabled there should be a slope

there is always room for improvement. headboard styles very limited, the smaller headboards did not come in fabrics to match the bed bases. not everyone has the room for massive headboards they make the bed quite a few inches longer. I found this to be annoying and stopped me completing my purchase. I don't really want to be told to go to Horsham for more choice of headboards.

The bed we had been looking at and wanted to order was not available. We didn't find this out until going ahead with the transaction after spending a lot of time choosing the bed and mattress. We are having to wait for the bed to come onto the system before we can actually place the order for the bed to go with the mattress we purchased.

My disabled father found climbing the step into the show room very difficult-a ramp would make this more manageable for disabled people.

The store was busy and the colleague spent time darting between different customers. It felt like they only really got interested when you were close to a decision and a sale seemed interested. We didn't feel they spent the time explaining the different products or understanding our needs.

Only problem was the 5 week delivery date as this was an urgent purchase and there was no flexibility.
