Weekends needs more staff & faster computer system . I had to wait almost 20minutes before my turn came for purchase. Overall keep up the good work.

Took awhile for sales assistant to approach me. I was alone and the only one in the store. And all the male assistants were talking and laughing which is fair enough but can be quite intimidating and I could have used a bit more time spent advising as was really unsure which bed to get.

I've been to your store in Croydon as was very in satisfied and left the shop because we waited 10mins before anyone came over to ask if we needed help and we were the only people in the shop and the staff at Crawley are more friendly

The pricing of items could be a whole lot clearer. We opted for a double ottoman, but the price on the ticket did not reflect anywhere near this and the total was not revealed until we had closed the sale. The price shot up from what we were expecting.
