Nicholas was a great representative of Dreams, however he appeared to be the only rep there which meant that we had to wait until he was free. No problem but it was an observation and it was beyond Nicholas' control. Once he was free he was affable professional and knowledgeable.

Not very flexible with delivery, salesman where both very scruffy and unshaven with dirty t shirts on the didn't fit them .

We were disappointed to have to pay £40 delivery charges as we had spent over £1000 in total. This felt like an unnecessary expense on top of everything else we had bought. We have just moved into a house that needs a lot of work and expense so we are watching every penny at the moment. It may even put me off buying again from Dreams for that reason and we were interested in some furniture.

Being in a sales environment myself, I understand the sales presure, but I felt that I was a tin of honey with all the sale people being around me, talking behind, my back, wanting me to make a sale. That store needs more Queen bees!

Male member of staff with tattoos, muscly? was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Said he had been there for 7 years and it showed.

At the time of paying for my Chantilly K Mattress, I was shown a 4 pack of pillows as well. I had them added to my bill. I was led to believe that it would all come on the same delivery. But sadly only the mattress arrived. I asked the driver as to where my pillows are and he told me that they come on a separate delivery. But I should call the number on the card he handed me to find out when they should arrive. Instead I called the store and told them. They told me I should have taken them with me. All ended ok as I asked if I could pick them up after work one evening. And was told yes.
