Tried a mattress when we walked in and were shown more expensive mattresses which we didn't find as comfortable, this made us fell the salesman was more interested in his commission than the customers, we saw through this and purchased the one we tried before the salesman came over.

Your staff member and store manager watched as my wife and I struggled to carry the mattress from the store to our vehicle, a customer in store offered to help

I did not like the attitude of the salesman

Although helpful the staff member was confusing over the item being in stock when i asked if it was in stock I was told yes but then when paying i was advised i couldnt collect until 5 days later ..in stock to this member of staff meant in stock at a regional distribution centre. The store overall is very basic and not comfortable in any way. Id call it a little rough and ready. This isnt by any means a luxury or high standard shopping experience but it is functional.

needed to change delivery date. no answer when calling store and impossible using the website

When I came to collect mattress I was asked if I have someone with me to help. I didn't because I came right after work and thought someone would give me hand to take it to my van, but guy wasn't prepared to help with carrying it. He just opened side doors and left me drag it out of store.

I think it's a bloody cheek charging £39 to deliver but then an additional £39 to have the old Matress taken away in the same visit

It was fine - just - I know I'm really sorry I needed a cheap bed ... Them being right by the door made me feel like the sooner the sale could be completed the sooner I could be sent out that door

The salesman was friendly but I prefer to be left alone to look rather than be pounced on. It was only when you are ordering you learn of the delivery costs and recycle costs which was disappointing as I would have gone for a higher cost item had I known sooner so now I'm disappointed with me choice.
