Firstly. My wife rang up the Horsham store to find out availability of the item to be told some would be in over their weekend so I went in on the Monday to find a note on the door to say they would be back in 15 minutes. On their return I was told they still didn’t have any and we’re not getting any more in. I asked if they could ring Crawley to see if they had any of which they had two. I then when to Crawley to get the item. And without going word for word what we said when I did say about why I wanted this item I was told “I just take the money”.

Only found out after the transaction went through, about the ridiculous and unfair terms of returns or replacement. Nothing was explained regarding this category during our visit or purchase. We've since found out that your returns and replacements policies are not acceptable to the Trading Standards and Consumer Councils. Surely your company should respect the customers rights to return a product if it is not suitable, without the customer being fleeced with extortionate charges should a return be necessary. We are very disappointed that none of these unfair conditions were explained to us by the assistant in store before we agreed and signed the order forms. We were not given time to read any details either....just rushed into to signing and paying. With both us if being disabled, our comfort is paramount and after paying such high prices for your products and the possibility of finding the products unsuitable we will be faced with even more expenses. This is unacceptable.

Despite regularly spelling both my name and my address to your staff the address and my name have still been spelt incorrectly probably meaning I will have an issue when it comes to the guarantee

We came back to Dreams after a visit at new year when we brought a bed at £850. The service then was great, told about products and benefits, shown a screen to look for other metals in the one we had chosen and offered 48hour delivery if we wanted it as the stock for most beds in store was apparently local. This time told which mattress was firm or medium, after that the sales assistant didn't care whether we were there or not, could not offer speedy delivery and was very offhand. What a sad change - will go elsewhere first next time

We received number of emails and text messages (excessive) to let us know that the delivery date and time. But when it was delivered you delivered the wrong head board (wrong colour as we wanted matching colour - blue). Time and time we were assured by the sales person it was the blue colour we wanted. However we are very dissatisfied with the wrong part delivery
