On entering everything related to hygiene and safety was visible and accessible. Screens were in place to protect public and staff. I had done research at Dreams online so had my chosen options written beforehand. Nick Frost was most helpful and checked for the goods I was interested in. Prices were quoted with delivery dates, disposal discussed, was asked about other goods I might need. All in all nothing was a miss and this is about the 5th time I’ve shopped here, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Store was very well organised for Covid 19 and felt very safe in the pristine environment. My party were supplied with bottled water during our visit which was much appreciated. Your staff were very helpful and both courteous and knowledgable about the products we wished to consider/purchase. It was a pleasure to shop at the store and we have are very happy with the comfort and quality of all the products we purchased.
