The bedside tables and storage unit are on a 5 week wait. Would have been happier if these were available with the bed but not a big deal.

I had researched on the Dreams website prior to my visit to the store, so I knew what I was looking for. The Dreams colleague was very helpful and was able to direct me to the product to try it out. He had extensive knowledge of the range of products and was able to advise and answer my questions, which gave me enough information to make my choice. The ordering process was very easy - especially as the mattress could be delivered on the same day as the divan I had already ordered through the Dreams website previously. The store was clean, with all the measures in place in accordance with government guidelines. My sister was also with me as she was researching/looking at beds and mattresses. Again, the colleague was very helpful, giving advice and plenty of information on the range and options available. Overall the in-store experience was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this branch of Dreams to others.
