We were very well looked after by Jessica in the Crawley store. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Jessica let us look at our own pace and easily answered any questions we had. We had to return after measuring our bed at home and were hoping she would still be there. Jessica greeted us and talked us through the options with no pressure. We felt at ease and enjoyed the experience greatly. We were very impressed with her knowledge and customer service.

staff were very helpful and guided us within our budget - we were not rushed in any way listening to our needs and giving informative advice - the staff member was also friendly- covid guidelines were being strictly adhered to which made us feel safe
