the assistant namely Nick Frost was most helpful in discussing the item we were about to purchase. He told us there were no facilities for collecting our old bed due to Covid 19 but after explaining that that due to our age being over 80, we could not do this ourselves he very helpfully approached the warehouse to arrange for collection. Because of this we were able to complete the deal. We are most grateful for the way he helped us. a most satisfactory visit.

I booked a 30 minute appointment online for a shop visit. We were provided information regarding social distancing and there was hand sanitizer readily available. Team were wearing there PPE and they had screens up at the tills. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Robin. He asked us what we were looking for and what sort of budget we had. We were made to feel welcome and it was so easy which having visited the same store back in January with another adviser we actually left without buying anything.
