The gentleman who assisted us (Nick Frost) was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He looked after our interests and pointed us both in the right direction. He set us up on the "Sleep Match" machine, explaining what will happen and what the device does afterwards. After this, we chose a mattress that would benefit the both of us and was able to find the best deal thanks to Nick. We previously never used Dreams and have always gone elsewhere. Because of the great help from Nick we will be returning/recommending Dreams to all our friends and family.
