We were welcomed, immediately we entered the shop, by Nicholas. He was very knowledgeable about the products and explained all the mattresses and then to determine the best one for us we had the full sleep match experience which was explained fully and made sure our health and safety were paramount. We left the store with exactly what we went in for a metal bed frame and fabulous mattress that was matched for us . I cannot emphasise how helpful and knowledgeable Nicholas is I work in customer service myself so always take notice how I am treated and he gave the best service I’ve experienced in a long while . As you don’t buy a bed everyday It was a very relaxed and stress free experience and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you dreams and Nicholas

Fantastic customer service from the Manor Royal branch. Nick Frost who helped us in particular was a great asset to the Dreams teams, he knew his job inside out, provided clarity and help with what we were looking for. Plus considering the heat, it was 35 degrees, no air con due to Covid 19, everyone is masks, Nick was amazing and didn't let the conditions get in the way. Give that man a raise!
