Fantastic customer service from the Manor Royal branch. Nick Frost who helped us in particular was a great asset to the Dreams teams, he knew his job inside out, provided clarity and help with what we were looking for. Plus considering the heat, it was 35 degrees, no air con due to Covid 19, everyone is masks, Nick was amazing and didn't let the conditions get in the way. Give that man a raise!

Advised me that was no longer sold and that it was 14 years since we brought that mattress. Using social distancing procedures showed me the particular types of beds that he thought would suite me, explained all about the mattress. Politely asked when we last changed the pillows again 14 years ago, so suggested types of pillows that would suite. Tried them out no hard sales techniques. Extremely happy with the service, purchase made now waiting for the delivery 2nd Sept 20 (25TH Wedding Anniversary) Happy Days. Regards Brian Stone
