The lady that dealt with myself on the 1st visit and myself and my wife later in the day was very very pleasant and helpful. Went in there on the hottest day and within 2 minutes was offered cold bottled water straight from the fridge. She was there when we needed help but also left us when we needed to talk about things. Very knowledgeable on the products we were looking at and tried her best to help us purchase the correct mattress

The staff were more than happy to assist and were readily available on both my visits whilst choosing my new mattress they were very helpful and knowledgeable on all products and very conscious of current government guidelines
