Our sales person Jess, from the initial phone call explaining the store was open through to our actual visit was a pleasure. Jess spent a lot of time speaking to us and then let us browse with no pressure or making us feel crowded. Jess was very polite, pleasant and attentive to our needs. Jess stayed on half an hour after closing time not once clock watching just concentrating on a good customer service experience.

Help was offered as soon as I walked in the assistant was lovely and she didn't make me feel pressured but was very helpful and I felt she really knew what she was talking about

Jess was extremely knowledgable on all the mattresses we tried and was so helpful and friendly. With the current COVID situation she was extremely helpful and the cleanliness of all the items, making sure we were happy and each mattress was cleaned after we’d tried them. Social distancing wasn’t an issue at all as all staff were extremely good at this in all aspects.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful assistant . The bed l was interested in was not on show, but he bought it up on the computer enabling my son to see it. Helpful to use mattress finder machine so l got the right mattress for me.
