we were looked after by Nick Frost in the Crawley branch who we found to be very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. we felt comfortable and confident dealing with him

Service provided by staff at Dreams Crawley was excellent, very friendly and understanding of our needs. You are given the freedom to browse with out feeling you are being forced into a purchase. The Dreams matrice machine which tells you which matrice is right for you is a must try by any customer. Overall very happy with the purchase we made and I have and will recommend Dreams Crawley to all my friends and family.

Nick Frost was very helpful shows us all the different mattress that we could buy, he made us feel comfortable in the store with everything going on at this time he explained why he had to clean everything after we touched it shows that he is protecting us and others.
