Because as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Nicholas and he was just brilliant, we had a couple of problems with fianance which were out of his control but he was patient and helped sort the problem out straight away. Thank you Nicholas

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and no high pressure sale techniques. They gave us the info we needed and then left us to have a good look round, then when we were ready to order they were available immediately. This is the kind of service I look for.

Nicholas was amazing, very friendly and understanding of my needs. Listened to what I needed in order to support my current and ongoing medical needs. I feel he was honest and didn’t try to sell me the most expensive bed ‘just because’. Explained how the order processed worked and helped arrange a delivery date before my up coming surgery.
