Very polite staff and a easy shopping experience

From start to finish Nicholas was very informative on the products and listened to what we wanted. He made us feel comfortable that he wanted to sell us the correct products for our needs.

Space allowed to look and purchase

Nicholas was really great and helped us understand our needs as we were fairly clueless on where to start on the mattress side. He was also great at making us feel welcome and very friendly, which made the whole experience really great.

We orginally came to dreams wanting to buy a bed. From the moment we walked in we was greeted and offered help with the bed we wanted to purchase. We also purchased a mattress, when orginally we wasnt going to get the matress today but after we was shown the Sleepmatch Machine we found our perfect matress. Nick helped us with finding the perfect matress, offering us pillows and advise on all the matresses. After a coffee and placing our order we walked out very happy customers with our 'dream' bed.

As soon as we walked in the assistant was very helpful and explained everything thing to us so we knew what choice we needed

Plenty of choice in the show room layout. Tried out many beds for comfort, with help from Dreams assistant Jessica. The experience felt like a local family business not a chain store.

Having previously visited the Portslade store and had a very unwelcoming response from advisor Steve It was a breath of fresh air to have heard and seen the good communication and relationship between your staff in the Crawley store and they were all engaging, welcoming and polite Especially Nicholas who was knowledgeable, helpful and has fantastic customer service skills
