Helpful sales representative directed and showed the most suitable product for our needs. Very efficient whole process from choosing to arranging delivery, very accommodating.

Phenomenal and friendly staff who know their stuff and treat their new customers like old friends. I will definately refer everyone to THIS store for any bed or accessory requirements or even just for their specialised advise. Coming from a sales background I can honestly say, you guys have ticked all the right boxes and THANK YOU.

Is spoke to a gentleman that worked there (manor royal, Crawley branch) and he listened to my specific needs- and my budget (current circumstances have meant I am not in a brilliant position financially at the moment) showed me a range of options- and was able to provide me with a fantastic mattress at a fantastic price. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt valued.

We were shown how to select the most suitable product using (I think it was called) Sleepeasy, and without any undue pressure

From entering the shop ,I was made to feel welcome. I felt I was being listened to and was fully informed on what types of mattresses were available and suitable for my needs. I was shown the differences and I even had a go on the bed that would assess my pressure points . Overall I had a good experience and would recommend anyone of my friends and colleagues to use this store .

Nicholas was very patient with me we did the machine to see what I needed for the mattress then we try two then it was the bed base time then I needed two bedside cabinets he told me it was 3 unit for the price of two and so ordered a ottoman.

Lovely assistant at the store, helpful and great advise without being pushy, gave my daughter space to think and try beds without hovering over her which set her at ease as she has anxiety issues and would have panicked. Great range of beds and mattresses to choose from.
