Dreams - Crawley

As soon as entered the Crawley manor royal store we was welcomed by the salesman. I sat on the first mattress I saw and didn’t like the feel. So went over and tried the mattress sensor machine thing, was a bit freaked out by the movements from the machine but other than that it was very good, soon after I was helped find the right mattress for me, order placed and done.

My husband and I knew what we were looking for and the assistant let us just browse and he was there if we had any questions, his knowledge was good and he was honest, he offered us a drink each while we were sorting out the payment. Very good service. Thank you.

Great products and very friendly helpful staff that were not pushy at all. Left me to browse and assisted whenever needed.

I was looked after from the time I entered the showroom. I was assisted throughout by assistant Nicholas who was friendly and professional.

I got a really good deal on the mattress, the price is good, Nicholas was really helpful and brilliant customer service.

The attendant Nicholas was very attentive and took the time to really understand our needs. We had our too young kids with us also whom he was very patient with us while we attended to these at the same time.

Excellent friendly service

It seemed a quite time in dreams when my husband and myself visited. I mentioned to a guy who greeted us that my husband had called them the day before enquiring about buying a mattress for our king size bed, I was very pleased that the lady my husband spoke to had given our name to him , so was very aware of what we wanted.
