The store advisor who helped me was fantastic! He knew anything and everything about the products and showed amazing customer service. He said hello to myself and my friend as soon as we walked through the door. Left us to have a browse whilst keeping an eye on us to make sure we didnt need anything. He kept the whole process fun for me instead of getting stressed or worried about the pricing. I found the bed I wanted but was unsure on the price so left to go look elsewhere. Decided to return when I couldn't find a better bed or better service. The advisor who help me ( I feel really bad I cant remember his name, may have been Nick) offered to stay later to help me put through my order. I honestly wouldn't have returned if it wasnt for his service skills. I've never seen or had such amazing customer service! A real credit to the store!

The customer service was excellent and was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Also had freedom to look and ask anything which made final decision very easy

We were given space to walk round on our own to choose what we wanted, as this is the second bed we were buying from Dreams we knew we were getting quality. I have had my bed 1 year and it is so comfy, that is enough recommendation. If I need another bed in the future I will be back.

Salesman understood what we required as my husband has back problems and we needed to change our bed even though it was only 3 years old.
