The member of staff who assisted us, nick was very helpful and accommodating. I was supporting a gentleman with autism to purchase a bed and nick was very very accommodating to his needs . I could not speak highly enough of the service which we recieved

Although the bed I ordered was not in the store I described what I needed and the assistant was able to make recommendations based on this.

Our sales assistant Nicholas was fantastic, he just listened to what we said we were after, he recommended a few beds for us to look at even though we originally said to him we were only looking today. He then said to us to try the sleep centre witch would help us find a suitable mattress for usa sut

When we required assistance the staff where there to help but they did not hover and allowed my wife and I time to chat in private about our choice and decisions. They showed us the sleepmatch and let us try it before showing us a selection of mattresses
