Dreams - Crawley

I was looking for something particular but was not sure on the type of mattress I would need to go on the bed due to having spinal surgery a few years ago. The dreams advisor Nicholas was really helpful and patient. He was also not like other salesmen who can be quite pushy, he discussed options with us and then took a step back to give us time to discuss amongst ourselves about what we wanted to do.

I was impressed with the assistant, very helpful but not over pushy ( I can't stand pushy assistants). Also the machine was great which assessed what sort of mattress we needed.

The chap who served us was very efficient and listened to what we wanted before suggesting anything

Nicholas was a very helpful salesman - knowledgeable, friendly, able to discuss and explain our options, responsive to our needs rather than pushing us to buy a particular bed.

Superb service from Nick who worked hard to get us a bed that we liked. He was genuinely interested in quality and design of beds and accessories and shared our own desire to get the best we could for a night's sleep.

The colleague - assistant branch manager Nicholas - used his nine-year experience at Dreams to give me his own personal advice and reassurance about the mattress I'm currently using (Dormeo) and why the Tempur mattress is not just different but significantly better. He also saw to it that I got a good deal on the pillows I also wanted to buy, and made sure I had the Tempur mattress cover that is an essential part of the return policy, should that arise. The coffee proved as good as his advice and handling of me as well!

My wife and I entered the shop not really sure what we required in terms of soft or firm mattress. Nicholas took us to a bed in the corner of the store which took our weight and any ailments into account and gave us a result of a firm mattress. We were then shown the apppropiate mattresses.

Your colleague was very helpful, he has helped us in previous and even admitting he remembered us, without prompt, and asked us about our orders. Nicholas was informative, polite, and discussed a number of different mattress on offer
