Dreams - Crawley

The service and friendliness of the staff in store was fantastic. Nicholas was highly knowledgeable, helpful and has excellent customer service skills. I feel he went above and beyond expectations, it was down to this that I chose to purchase from Dreams despite seeing other products I liked in other stores. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams and the Crawley store. Thank you!

I first checked on line and came up with a short list of four items went to the Crawley store tried out the mattresses for comfort then placed order with Nicholas who was very helpful and even provided a nice cup of coffee, added bonus as we had traveled 25 miles clean customer toilet facilities

We were shown a range of suitable mattresses to try and choose the one best suited to us Jessica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was a slight problem choosing the colour of the base as the new range had arrived without the colour swatches. This was sorted out the next day.

From when we walked into the store we were greeted with a friendly and polite member of staff, the. Bed and mattress was easy to find and was to our satisfaction .

Nick Frost was very helpful and showed us to what we are looking for, he didn’t follow us around or pester us, he let us look around and try out mattress on our own. He gave us better pillows to try on the mattresses which was a great addition! Easy going and efficient!

Jessica who served us was very attentive and knowledgeable our whole experience made choosing a new bed very easy and we feel very reassured we have chosen the right one. Jane & John Ridpath
