Very helpful assistant - not at all pushy, asked questions about what I was looking for and then made helpful suggestions whilst still leaving me the space and time to make up my mind. My 2 children were also made to feel welcome while we were there which is not always the case as they find shops different at times.

Well the salesman was very friendly and easy going and very helpful tried out the sleep machine to determine what mattress was suited to me had a nice cup of coffee provided by the salesman all in all a very nice experience

The genuine friendliness of the staff, Nick in particular, amazing product knowledge, helpful hints without being pushy, patience and understanding, giving me time to think but also allaying any doubts over choices, getting the right information that I needed to me in a way I understood. A thoroughly professional team, the kind of sales personal I trust.
