I visited Dreams because I had previously purchased a bed from there so I knew that I didn’t have to go anywhere else. I wasn’t disappointed, the service I received from Nicholas was excellent, he was knowledgeable, very helpful and professional. I have got the bed and mattress I wanted and a convenient delivery date. I am very pleased.

Nicholas was very friendly and knew a lot about not only beds, mattresses and pillows, but posture and how back problems and neck problems can start.

I found exactly what I needed with the patience of the assistant who found the item that was suitable.

Nickolus was very good he helped me and my partner with choosing a mattress and we didnt feel like we was forced to buy one

We were greeted upon arrival and and asked if we needed assistance. We first had a look around and then the assistant asked us again if we would like to try the sleep machine which we did. The assistant also gave us test pillows so we could try the mattresses to enhance the full experience.

The assistant who helped us select the head board was extremely helpful and made sure we understood which headboards were available in which colours
