Staff member Nick Frost remembered us from our previous visit and was very knowledgeable about the product we were looking for.

I decided to buy a new mattress, Dreams in crawley is only on the next corner to where I live. It was very important to test the mattress before purchase, as I have lower back problems. I had no clue exactly which model to buy, to my luck Nicholas the salesman told me everything I wanted to know about all kinds of mattresses so I was able to choose the model best for me. Outstanding customer service!!

Friendly member of staff, knew the products well and found us exactly what we was looking for within 10 mins of visiting store.

Had the product I wanted , quick efficient detailing of product and others similar. Friendly staff. Order taken with no problem and email updates good ...so far .

We were assisted by a gentleman called Dean he was very polite & allowed us to make our own way round without being pushy, when we asked for help he was very tentative & had a great knowledge of the products showing us which mattresses he thought maybe more suitable for us. I would if possible like our comments fed back to the store which was the Crawley branch on Gatwick road. It welcome to Dean & Dreams

We were acknowledged the monent we walked in. Jessica was completely attentive. Loved the machine which worked out what kind of bed we wanted. There was no rush and even our 3yr old was involved!

There was no ramp when we arrived for my mother’s wheelchair, once in the store the store assistant put a ramp out for us when leaving but it didn’t look that safe

Store Manager was very attentive and wenever felt rushed
