Excellent customer service, allowed time to test and compare different products, very knowledgeable staff and offered refreshments during our visit.

I visited the shop in farmbrough to begin with and the customer service was fantastic I felt really welcome and the the lady knew everything we wanted and needed.

I was not looking forward to the process of looking for a new bed and therefore not In the best of moods. However, your salesperson soon won me Round and it turned out to be quite a pleasant experience

We have been looking for a bed for about 2 months and had not found one. The assistant came straight up to us we told him our needs and he took us to a machine (no other shops had anything like this) explained how it worked and when the results came through told us he had 5 beds in store to suit us. We tried the beds chose the one we liked. Nothing was to much trouble, we dithered over headboards but he was really patient.Excellent customer service.

Nicholas was very attentive and listened to our requirements. He showed us a range of options and let us decide for ourselves which was the best option for us.
