The salesman was knowledgable but also gave us time to make our decision on our purchase.

As I’m disabled I can’t walk very well and I was told not to worry to take my time.Time was taken to explain why I couldn’t have a certain type of mattress as I have a adjustable bed once that was explained I was ok.

We were looking to purchase a new mattress as both suffered from back pain. The assistant showed us to the sleep centre and the outcome was that we had. Ompletely the wrong kind of mattress for our suitability. She showed us the choices available and did not try to force the higher costing items onto us. She listened and stayed with us until we were ready to leave. Because it was slightly out of our budget we said we needed to go away and have a think. At no point were we felt forced to make a decision there and then. I returned on Monday to place the order and Nick Frost served me who was also friendly and very helpful.

The gentleman listened to mine & my husbands needs as we are both disabled.

It was probably the quickest and most pleasurable shipping experience I’ve had. Everything was displayed in the shop in a orderly fashion and easy to see. All four of my items purchased were available to be delivered and assembled within 5 days. Outstanding.
