We were served by Nicholas who was extremely helpful. He was not pushy and let us have a look around first before informing us more about what we were looking at. He asked about our needs and introduced us to the machine that looked at what mattress would suit us. From this he suggested different mattresses to try and we ended up going with the first one. He didn't rush us and didn't come across as pushy. His product knowledge was excellent and the extras he offered us were fully explained so we could make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend to friends and family based on the service.

Nicholas from the Crawley store was extremely helpful and listened to all our needs. He spent a lot of time with us which was very much appreciated. He really knew his stuff and we really cannot wait for our bed to arrive!
