Dreams - Crawley

After having 2 faulty mattresses from another retailer I was at a loss of where to start when I entered the Dreams store. The manager, Robin, listened to my story, showed empathy and was determined to find the right mattress for me.

Nick approached me when i entered the store then offered to help. He had very good product knowledge. He listened to my problems and needs. He told me about the sleep machine which i used then showed me the ones it recommended based on my needs after i had finished.

We were given time to review the shop in our own time without be jumped on as was the case in other bed and mattress providers. When we did require assistance, Our questions were answered knowledgeably and honestly. Our order was processed quickly and efficiently with out too many ‘optional extras’.

Nicholas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were in and out in an hour having made a purchase. Would have liked a quicker delivery date. Can’t thank Nicholas enough though. So easy!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of good advice on the products we were looking to buy . We had a go on the machine that does body and posture measurements and then given the best choice of what would suit us . We were also treated to a lovely latte and also came away with some free pillows and feel this has been one of the least stressful shopping trips we’ve ever had . Would highly recommend this showroom and will certainly be back if we need anything bed related in the future.

The salesman (Nicholas in the Crawley branch) was very attentive, despite being in store alone due to staff sickness, he had 3 customers he was working with simutaneously and was very apologetic. He was knowledgable and extremely helpful. The sleep machine is great. There was a good selection considering it isnt a huge store.

Friendly and helpful staff, gave me time to try enough beds to find the one that was correct for me. Very happy with the comfort of the bed that I've chosen and with the speedy delivery time.
