The man who served us was really lovely, my mum was a bit confused about what she wanted but he was really patient and tried to help us get what was right for her, as she struggles with back pain. His name was Nicholas I think and he probably gave the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Nicholas was really helpful and friendly.

Very efficient - friendly staff and made sure I was getting value for money.

We ordered bedroom furniture in December 2017 and were so pleased with the service and quality, we came back to order more. Sadly the furniture is not in display any more, however, Nick the assistant in the Crawley store was very knowledgeable and advised us very well. He even lent us the only catalogue left in the store to help us chose interiors. All I ask for in a store visit is for attention, knowledge and advice from a store representative. Nick ticked all the boxes, as Nicolas previously did. We spent £3500 in total and are very pleased. We wait for delivery of our goods.

Nicholas was first rate and my having clearly explained what I was looking for was quickly able to identify exactly easily what was most appropriate .

The salesman Nicholas was extremely polite and helpful, explaining how the diagnostic bed machine worked and showing us the relevant beds. The 0% finance over 30 months was a great bonus, we can't wait for our new bed to arrive.

After going to Bensons beds we were highly delighted with the service we received from your employee Nicholas,he was not pushy like the Bensons man,so helpful,drinks were offered,and all the aspects of the beds and bed frames explained,it’s the first time I felt happy spending that amount of money.

Nick frost was extremely good, cup of coffee went a long way and the machine to show you what mattress was best was clever although possibly not as accurate as I’m lead to believe Over all was a good experience
