Dreams - Crawley

From start to finish we were given expert advice and help. We dealt with the store manager intitally and Nicholas put the payment through and both were excellent.

We were helped very quickly by Robin, the store manager. He gave us all the options for choosing a bed and didn’t try and sell us the most expensive option!

Had a warm welcome from the assistants when entering the shop, was made to feel welcome and was under no pressure at any time. Assistant was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable

Jess was very knowledgable and helpful. We probably would not have made a pruchase that day if it had not been for her.

Served by Nicolas at your Crawley Branch. Extremely helpful so soon as I walked through the door. He was extremely professional & made me feel at ease through deciding what bed was best for me. The assistant was very helpful. He showed us the the mattress tester, which help us find the right mattress. The assistant then showed some mattresses for us to try out & choose. He also advised us which base would be good. Overall very happy with our visit there

Nicholas was extremely approachable, he actually listened to my needs, his product knowledge was immense and helped us find just what we wanted, paid a little more than we wanted but have a much better mattress and have been filled with confidence that should there be any issues Nicholas would be happy to help! Looking forward to finally getting the sleep I’ve craved for so long😁💤

I was greeted and served as soon as I walked into Dreams, I got help to choose the right mattress and bed frame, and it was overall really good service.

Salesman was very knowledgeable, was not pushy, gave advice then left us to our own thoughts.
