The customer service rep Robin was very helpful and professional, he was knowledgeable about the products and advised us and answered all our questions. Excellent first class service

I was greeted by two members of staff as soon as I arrived. I was in a hurry to purchase a bed that I could take away immediately. I had already visited 5 other bed shops before hand and didn't hold much hope in finding what I wanted or at a price I would be happy paying. However one member of staff listened to my needs, showed me what was available and talked me through what each product offered. Whilst I was providing my details (after choosing what I wanted) a staff member offered me a hot drink which I gladly accepted. We chatted whilst going through the boring stuff and both staff were so lovely it was like I had known them for ages. They seemed very knowledgeable about the products and gave some great advice on other products I was interested in at a later date. I felt they listened to my needs and provided me with a lovely bed in my price range that I could take away the same day. I left a very happy customer. Thank you.

I felt very relaxed and confident that I was getting all the right I'm formation for me to be able to decide which was the right bed for me and my problems I came out of your store feeling very happy with my purchase and the staff were excellent.

I Visited today and brought a mattress from a man called nick frost. Brilliant customer service nice friendly chap I even got a cup of tea :) good work

Spokesperson was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Wish we had gone to dreams first as they had exactly what we wanted.

Because we went to Harvey's first and they showed us the most expensive mattresses as soon as we walked in. At Dreams we were left to our own and approached after a few minutes to offer assistance.

Spent lots of time trying different beds. Was given a pillow to try. Customer service was excellent with lots of advice.
