We were greeted by a member of staff almost immediately, he was really friendly, made our whole shopping experience a really enjoyable one. Felt his product knowledge was good and happy to guided by his experience but ultimately at no point did we feel pressurised. Spent time with us, never made us feel rushed, trying a variety of beds he thought suited our needs, until we found the perfect one for us. Great delivery time, 1 week.
