Nicholas in your Crawley store was really knowledgable and helpful. He gave us plenty of information but didn’t put undue pressure on us to make a purchase. I was impressed by his depth of knowledge and friendly manner.

The showroom was clean items easy to locate and the person attending me was polite and just friendly and that made me easy to breathe.

Nick Frost took us through the process and pointed us in the right direction

Staff member was excellent ref 035 ( Crawley branch Mother’s Day Sunday) he spent up to an hour giving good advice and assisting with my choice.

The customer services employe was very approachable and very knowledgable. The most 8mportan5 thing is he gave me honest and realistic decisions to make. He worked hard to offer the best product to me. I also liked the fact I was offered refreshments. Overall great experience with Nicholas At the Crawley store.

I was not approached by a staff member there for allowing me to relax an look for my self and browse the shop at my own pace and as soon as I found what I wanted I said excuse me and a staff member came to my assistance straight away were as when I went to bensons a staff member came up as soon as I was in the store then lead me to the most expensive ones they had even though the first thing I said was I don't want memory foam or anything like that then I felt rush and pressured

We were seen too by Robin. He seemed to have great knowledge of all the products and spent time asking questions to find out what our needs were. robin provided us with a few options based on our budget and requirements and gave me and my wife the time and space to discuss what we wanted to do and at no point did we feel and pressure to make a purchase there and then.
