Staff very helpful and friendly

Friendly customer service. However, when I walked in there were no other customer and most of the staff were on their phones. Not particularly professional. I'm surprised you haven't banned phones on the shop floor. Other than this Jessica was very good, very calm and assured of the products. Very quick process to purchase the product and did a great job selling in the additional cover.

Nicholas was very knowledgeable about all of the products in store. It took my partner and I a while to choose a mattress, but with some expert knowledge it was very helpful. We have had four mattresses in 8 months so are hoping we get the much needed sleep when we receive this mattress!

Very helpful and good service

The staff were friendly and we were even offered a hot drink while we shopped. Good selection of mattresses but would have liked to see more 'bed in a box' options. Would have been slightly better if our mattress was available a little sooner.

Although I had already (more or less) decided on what to buy the assistant was amiable, helpful and courteous. She did not push me into buying the product but gave me sufficient information to make my final decision.

Fantastic service on both occasions when shopping at dreams. Nicholas (crawley branch) has excellent knowledge and helpful advice without feeling pushed into something we didn't want to buy. Thank you Nicholas for sharing your detailed knowledge and being honest. It's what customer's want! Will defiantly shop at dreams again!
