Friendly efficient staff

Was expecting usual pushy sale person experience, but the Dreams sale person was on hand straight away but gave just right in term of level of interaction in terms of help/advice once and then left us time on our own to discuss/review the product and simply go over to him at his desk if we wanted more help or wanted to make an order. Therefore put us at ease to discuss in private at our own time. When we were happy, simply went over to him and placed the order. Again very straightforward.

Nicholos rainford was very helpful.he spent time with us to help us make the right choice.

The assistant/manager that we dealt with Nick, was great. He really knows his stuff. This is the first big purchase that my fiance have made together for our new house, and we didn’t really have any idea what we were looking for. He explained everything, but still left us to make the decision. When we had decided to make the purchase, we were finalising everything and I realised that I was still lying down on the bed that we had chosen. ‘Arkward’. Thanks again to him and the team for making our decision a lot easier, and a great start to a Saturday morning

After explain what we looking for we were guided through all options quickly. We were advised to try and given as long as we felt comfortable with to make our decision without any sales pressure.

Great service and the assistant Nicholas understood our needs and at no point did we ever feel intimidated to buy a product. Very pleasant experience.

We arrived and saw the matress we wanted. And with help from the dreams colleague. We decided on the matress with the best price and comfort. And was all bought and paid for in about 20 minutes. So quick and easy and satisfied.

Wasn’t expecting to buy on the day just seeing what was out there but the young girl was very helpful & friendly so much so we left spending £1450 & a bed being delivered in 2 weeks time! (28th jan)
