Good selection, well described by the Store Manager. Also, good delivery six days after order and a mattress cover included in the warranty deal.

Assistant was friendly and seemed to know his job.

The store was clean, lots of choice, Jess who helped us was excellent in both her knowledge and customer service skills, however we never felt pressurised which was a bonus, so we are very happy with this store

The shop is in a good location and a good size. Nick was very helpful but equally not pushy and happy to let me browse at my own pace which was nice. I was able to find the mattress I was looking for and the price was reasonable. The delivery time was also prompt which was good
