I took my thirteen year old son in there about three times as he was confused which bed. Jessica was amazing with us didn’t feel rushed in any way. Not even when we left the shop without a purchase. On return she was still helping us decide which bed to purchase.

Nicholas Rainford was very helpful and spent time helping us decide what mattress was best suited to our needs , delivery persons were very polite and efficient .

We purchased a bed from the Crawley store three years ago and were very happy with the product knowledge of the gent who served us, upon going back this time the same guy helped us again get an upgrade bed and made it really easy to get the right products for us and was very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend the assistant manager there get a promotion as he was brilliant, he should be running a store and a credit to the company.

I was highly satisfied with the professionalism as well as the knowledge from the staff member. I didn’t feel as if I had to purchase a matress however he listerned to what I wanted and aloud me to test many mattresses before I decided which one I would purchase. I felt as if he was honest and listened to what I wanted

the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge, I even had a lovely cup of coffee. I have had a bed before purchased from dreams and am very delighted with it, unfortunately it wont fit in my new house, hence the purchase of a new bed.

Nicholas was very informative both about the items available and the payment packages on offer. He even stayed after the store was meant to close so that the sale could be completed on the day
