In the showroom Nicholas helped with the selection when I was not getting a clear idea about what might be good for me. He explained really well about the mattresses and was very friendly and helpful.

The sales person Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable on the products he was recommending particularly with regard to my medical condition and sleeping position where I believe I will have many happy nights sleep on the products I purchased. He should be considered a valuable asset to the sales team.
