Excellent advice and I rushed service from the Store Manager. I can’t recommend the service highly enough.

I arrived scared of not to find what I was looking for , but the staff member Nicholas made everything very easy , help us pick the best choice depending on our needs , and had the patience to explain every single detail , very reliable and helpful , I certainly will recommend Dreams and I will certainly come back on the future , we are very satisfied .

I was helped as soon as I walked in the store without the staff being pushy. They help me find a bed that was right for me at the right price . I found the whole shopping trip very easy and enjoyable. I am looking with excitement about getting my new bed on Thursday

I had already looked at the Dreams website so I had a good idea of what to look for. The service and attention was exactly what I had expecte.d

Quick and efficient process. Knowledgeable sales assistant but not over powering with his sales techniques. Gave us all required info and left us to look at products in our own time so that we were happy with what we wanted. Was on hand to answer any questions when needed.

We had a urgent need to obtain a bed quickly, and ran into the store less than 20 minutes before closing time. Nicholas understood our urgency and did all he could to help us find a solution which met our requirements within the timescale we needed. Perfect service.

From walking through the door we where not ‘pounced’ upon. We where given time to look around the store & look at each product. We then spent some time looking at a specific product, which was when the salesman approached us. We engaged in general chit chat, from which he gaged our needs, likes & dislikes. All relaxed & we felt at ease. The salesman was truthful, not pushy & gave us the information then left us to think about our options. The salesman was very pleasant, approachable, truthful & honest. Great experience in store & I will return.

Very friendly and helpful staff and not 'pushy'. Also when asked to try out the mattress on the floor was very obliging
