Salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Nicholas was very attentive but had the right balance of allowing us space and time to try out the different mattresses. He took on board all our needs and provided a variety of options, and gave evidence with his knowledge allowing us to make a fully informed choice.

I had attempted to use the website to order the bed. Firstly it said the item I wanted was not available in the local store. Secondly the delivery time was quoted at 8 to 10 weeks. Thirdly the ordering system would not register my purchase. I therefore decided to visit the local store to place the order. On arrival I was surprised to see that the item I wanted was on display. Also the store could be deliver my order in just over 2 weeks.

staff were excellent, new what we were looking for and very helpful. although there was a printer problem it wasn't the fault of the staff. perhaps they should be supplied with a better one.
