The lovely man that helped us in store at Crawley was friendly and knowledgable and not pushy. He let us take our time and is a credit to your company

There was plenty of choice on display. The store was clean. The assistant was very knowledgeable regarding the products available and seemed genuinely interested in choosing the correct mattress for us. Very happy with the complete service.

We went to Dreams as we didn't have a good experience at looking for a new mattress when we went to Benson's (Crawley) In fact it put me off looking for a new mattress for serveral months - I have back and neck issues and wanted to ensure that i got the right mattress for me. Benson's had no interest in helping me, where as when we arrived at Dreams (Crawley) the staff listened to my request as we already sort of know what style of mattress we needed due to our online research and reading - they discussed my options with me ,showed me several different mattress's , with varying prices and were just really patient , understanding and extremely helpful. They were not pushy and trying to oversell to us. I will definitely be going back to Dreams in Crawley to purchase our new bed in the new future - Thank you to the staff there for just being great :-)

Very impressed with such a first class professional service. Product knowledge was first class and made such a difference to our choice of product. We had bought from Dreams along time ago, very impressed that our previous purchase was easily accessed as we had no idea when we had last bought our bed and how much we had paid. I would definitely recommend.

The gentleman that served us was very knowledgeable. I had left my notes at home but by the way we described the product he found it and all went well. It was so easy he ran through everything and made everything clear.

I received a friendly welcome, left alone to browse but once I had questions Nicholas was knowledgable & patient in answering my queries. He, again, left me to make my decision but was available to talk to me about my choices. As it was a very hot afternoon (and I had walked to the store) I was offered water or a coffee. The order process was conducted in a relaxed but professional manner, and he broke the 'news' of the final cost with a smile. I was also amazed at the speed of promised delivery (within 4 days). I await my new bed with real anticipation and would recommend the Dreams experience,
