Dreams - Crawley

From start to finish, our customer service and sales experience at Dreams in Crawley, was second to none. We were given excellent choice when choosing the right style of bed for us, with a clean, tidy and extensive show room with a wide variety of beds in all shapes, sizes and colours. Their mattress options, which again offer a massive range to suit all, were able to be tried and tested before we decided. Their sales consultants offered us excellent knowledge and advice when it came to choosing the right mattress for us. At no point did we ever feel rushed or pushed to buy quick, and if we couldn’t decide then and there... we could come back! Needless to say we have confidently purchased an amazing bed and mattress from them, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend all to head to Dreams in Crawley for superb value and service!

Staff took time to help us, they were happy for our children to try out the beds & talked to our son to involve him in the choice. Not too pushy, but happy to provide assistance when required.

Good experience, sales man greeted us and directed us to the sort of mattresses we were interested in. Then gave us plenty of time to try out many different mattresses.

I have a severe back issue at the moment, I was served by Nicholas who listened to my predicament and then suggested a few options of which mattress would suit me personally, his knowledge was excellent as was his helpfulness, I purchased one of the mattress's he suggested, which will be delivered in 3 days time, I look forward to less agony during the nights than I've been having the last fortnight. 10/10.

It was easy to try out different mattresses to gauge which one felt better than the others. The assistant who helped me seemed to understand my preferences based on observations on my position and posture while testing out mattresses. I felt looked after, the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Good overall experience. Would recommend Dreams to a friend or family member.

Assistant was knowledgeable and polite. Choice of products was extensive. Delivery was very quick, just three days.

Nick Frost served us and he was so helpful. He gave us the time we needed and answered all our questions really well. We felt like he understood our situation and needs and we have ended up with a package we are extremely happy with! He even entertained our son which gave my husband and I the opportunity to discuss our options. A new bed and childcare in one- you can’t ask for a better service than that! 10/10- He is a credit to your company.

I was meet by a friendly and knowledgeable assistance. She explained the templates used for pricing the beds. I was offered tea or coffee which was much appreciated. It as very easy and friendly chat and at no time was the assistant unable to answer my questions.
