We new what type of mattress we were looking and the assistant guided us to the relevant ones to try and informed us about the products we were looking at.

Nicolas was the gentlem I dealt with who was really helpful and provided expertise advice on matteras. I was also made aware of a specia offer that was due to start on few days time which greatly appreciated. I would definitely return again!

As we entered store a member of staff approached us explained the colour coded system then left us to explore the store and said when we were ready he would be there He answered our questions and offered us coffee we placed our order He was extremely knowledgeable and made buying our new bed a pleasant experience

Great staff listened to my all my health problems waited patently while I tried beds.Had great informative on bed and my back problems was made to feel very comfortable and not rushed.

Jessica was so helpful! She was friendly and not pushy. She was VERY patient with me. And I asked a lot of questions. Her male colleague was also helpful in searching for one of your products on line.

This is the 4th bed we have bought from Dreams in the last few years and every time we are more than happy with the quality, price, knowledge and friendliness of staff, and its the only bed store we would even consider buying any future beds from.
