Highley Satisfied with the service, product's price. I have not received yet the product so I can not give a feedback as for the quality of the product.

Steve who assisted was very helpful and gave good advice and explanations. Friendly team. There was quite a long wait for a sales desk to become free and there is a lot of paperwork in separate sheets to complete the purchase

Length of time before delivery - my items have an estimated delivery date of almost 1 month post order, which I consider fairly lengthy for a company the size of Dreams.

The time taken between placing an order and the delivery date is longer than expected (over one month).

I never give top marks for anything ,I was satisfied with my visit

We were perfectly satisfied. There was not pressure from Zahur. The matter proceeded in a calm and orderly fashion. We visited the shop three times , just to make sure we were making the right decision.

Because the difference in price from a firm to soft to soft mattress which is what I was seeking was too high

On my second visit I was lead to believe the bed was not in the 'natural' collection. The assistant who had be very informative previously put his colleague right and all was resolved

I would have aliked a larger choice of memory mattresses, than just Tempur.

The delivery date is quite far away. I felt that there should have been more options available in terms of mattresses.
