1) Although we were given good service by your assistant, he was the only member of staff in the shop and we kept being interrupted by impatient other customers who also wanted to be served. The assistant handle the situation well but we felt he was placed in a difficult position. 2) Why are there so few staff in your Finchley Central branch? although we liked the products, we felt that the pricing was on the high side.

I arrived with 2 kids age 15 months & 4 & they were being a little rowdy. From browsing to paying took over 50 minutes and during this time they were screaming, bored, rowdy. At times I wanted to walk out just to change the scene but I persisted, but some parents won't and you'll loose a sale. I felt given the space in store you could have at least a toy box / book area, bowl full of sweets / lollipops. To make it even more of an awesome experience, you could have a small enclosed area for toddlers. Or some crayons / colouring in sheets.

It was fine - nothing overly special. I had done some research before i visited the store so wasn't very dependent on the sales persons knowledge.

The sales assistant was very helpful. The store was a bit shabby, and could have done with a bit of refurbishment.

George was great and very knowledgable, however the item we wanted took 11 weeks to order so we didn't get it!
