Would have liked more assurance that the salesperson was considering my individual sleep needs. Maybe he was from experience but just felt a bit random. He wound up showing us one I'd been looking at online but it would have assured me more if he'd explained why he was showing us the beds he was.

I think you should include your delivery charges within the product price. Considering the volume you sell £39.00 to deliver a mattress seems excessive. We had a freezer delivered yesterday by Argos and there is no delivery charge.

Very happy with the advisor their were no more beds in my price range that I could afford instead I just brought the mattress only and would like to see bed covers and sheets display more sales and also you charge for taken a old mattress away which is unfair that why I didnt give high points but overall satisfied with the service

The sales assistant added all the various items onto the computer, told me a total and wanted me to put my card in the machine without the opportunity to review that what I was paying for was indeed what I wanted. I had to ask to go behind the desk to review the items on the screen. There should be a facility for the order to be printed out and for me to check before I am asked to pay.

More than happy with service but didn't have anything to compare it with. ie haven't purchased bed previously.

No experience to compare against other store

We were not able to find a Frame related to our budget. Generally all frames were good looking and sturdy but also expensive. So I think we have to go for some cheaper options like Ikea. It could be a better experience if we were able to get a frame today as well.

No specific reason was very happy with the service Oliver provided, and the store but highly satisfied is quite a statement and not sure the right term for bed buying.
